I ordered this product after discovering that I had received another GPS as a gift, so I returned that I had ordered from Amazon. The product from Amazon was great and would serve my purposes well. I had no problems, there was again a full refund, without Fragen.Amazon is a great place to buy items, and as usual, take care of their customers. Rating: 5 / 5
